Nowadays the company Sächsische Binnenhäfen Oberelbe operates on the River Elbe between the Czech Republic and Germany, from the port of Lovosice to the port of Rosslau. This company which cooperates with its subsidiary Česko-saské přístavy occupies with the creation, realization and calculation of logistics chains. They dispose of four inland ports in Germany and two ports in the Czech Republic. These ports participate on cargo transport by their transfer activities

The aim of the paper is to analyze selected problems of the urban mass transportation (UMT) in Bratislava town. Applied methodology was a perception analysis. The results shows respondents perceive worsen quality of traveling by UMT in comparison with the situation a few years ago. The average time passengers spend waiting at UMT stops is 15,6 min and the average time of traveling is 71,3 min

The company Česko-saské přístavy (ČSP) was established on 1st October 2002 by Sächsische Binnenhäfen Oberelbe (SBO). After the shipping company Československá plavba labská had bankrupted in 2002 SBO took over its two inland ports in the Czech Republic (the port of Dečín and Lovosice). ČSP owns and operates these ports, cooperates on logistics chains with SBO
